Acceptable Use & Content Policy

This Content Policy applies to prompts, uploaded media, generated outputs, account behavior, and use of PROMPTAKE. It supplements the Terms of Service and applicable MiniMax and Creem requirements.

1. Your responsibility

You are responsible for the content you submit, generate, download, publish, or share. You must have the rights and lawful basis needed for prompts, images, faces, voices, likenesses, music, brands, personal data, confidential information, and other protected material.

Do not assume that AI generation makes an unlawful use lawful or transfers rights to you.

2. Prohibited content and use

Do not use PROMPTAKE to submit, create, promote, or facilitate:

• Child sexual abuse material, sexualized content involving minors, grooming, or exploitation of children.
• Pornographic, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, fetish, or other NSFW content or services, including sexualized nudity.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual exploitation, voyeurism, or threats to create or distribute such content.
• Face swaps, deepfakes, face manipulation, deceptive impersonation, identity fraud, fabricated evidence, or content intended to mislead people about a real person's actions or statements.
• Illegal activity or instructions that meaningfully facilitate serious wrongdoing, violence, abuse, trafficking, theft, malware, weapons misuse, or evasion of law enforcement.
• Credible threats, targeted harassment, hate, dehumanization, stalking, doxxing, blackmail, or exploitation.
• Graphic abuse, torture, severe cruelty, or content primarily intended to shock or glorify serious harm.
• Infringement of copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, likeness, confidentiality, or other rights.
• Unauthorized use of a real person's face, voice, identity, or personal information, especially in sexual, political, financial, medical, or reputational contexts.
• Fraudulent advertising, scams, phishing, forged endorsements, fake product demonstrations, or deceptive commercial claims.
• Attempts to bypass moderation, watermarking, account restrictions, rate limits, promotional limits, or provider safeguards.
• Content prohibited by MiniMax, Creem, hosting providers, payment partners, or applicable law.

PROMPTAKE is not offered as an NSFW, uncensored, unrestricted, or impersonation service.

3. Moderation

• Every prompt is screened through the required Creem moderation API before queue acceptance, credit reservation, or MiniMax submission.
• Only an explicit allow result proceeds. flag, deny, timeout, unexpected response, or moderation outage blocks submission without reserving credits.
• Uploaded start images are screened before private storage. Flagged images and unavailable screening are blocked. Generated outputs remain subject to MiniMax safeguards and reports or manual review.
• PROMPTAKE may apply additional automated or manual review based on risk, reports, abuse signals, or legal requirements.

Moderation is not perfect. An allowed request does not mean the content is lawful, safe, accurate, or authorized. You remain responsible for your use.

4. Rights, consent, and disclosure

Before using another person or protected material, obtain all required permission. Consider whether viewers could reasonably mistake synthetic media for authentic footage.

Where law, platform rules, or context requires it, clearly disclose that content is AI-generated or altered. Do not remove a required disclosure, provenance marker, or PROMPTAKE promotional watermark.

5. Enforcement

PROMPTAKE may:

• Reject a request before submission.
• Remove or disable access to stored content.
• Deny promotional eligibility.
• Warn or temporarily restrict an account.
• Permanently suspend an account for repeated or severe violations.
• Preserve limited evidence for security, disputes, rights enforcement, or legal obligations.
• Report content or activity when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect people.

Severe categories, including child exploitation, non-consensual intimate imagery, credible threats, serious fraud, or harmful impersonation, may result in immediate suspension without a prior warning.

6. Reports and takedowns

To report content or request a takedown, contact support@minimaxh3lab.com and include:

• The relevant generation, account, or public URL identifier.
• A clear description of the concern.
• The right, person, or policy involved.
• Your contact information and authority to submit the request.
• Supporting evidence that does not unnecessarily reproduce harmful material.

Do not send passwords, payment credentials, or API keys. Reports may require identity or authority verification.

7. Appeals

You may appeal an account or content enforcement decision by contacting support@minimaxh3lab.com from the account email. Include the decision or generation ID and explain why you believe it should be reviewed.

An appeal does not guarantee reinstatement. Provider or legal restrictions may prevent PROMPTAKE from restoring a request or account.

8. Policy changes

We may update this policy to reflect changes in the service, provider rules, risk, or law. Material changes may be communicated through the service or by email where appropriate.
