01Is PROMPTAKE an official MiniMax product?
No. PROMPTAKE is an independent third-party service that uses the MiniMax H3 API. It is not affiliated with, authorized by, sponsored by, or endorsed by MiniMax.
02What inputs does PROMPTAKE currently support?
The launch version supports text prompts and one start-frame image. Other reference controls are not available in this version.
03Does MiniMax H3 generate audio?
Yes. MiniMax H3 generates synchronized stereo audio with the video. Describe dialogue, ambience, sound effects, or music in your prompt when they matter to the scene.
04How long can my video be?
PROMPTAKE offers 5, 10, or 15 seconds at launch.
05Which resolution should I choose?
Use 768P for lower-cost drafts and iteration. Choose 2K when the selected result needs more detail for presentation or publishing.
06When are credits charged, and what happens if generation fails?
The exact cost appears before you generate. Credits are reserved when the generation is accepted. If the generation fails, the reserved credits are automatically returned.
07Do paid credits expire?
Paid credits do not expire while your account remains active. Promotional credits expire 14 days after they are granted.
08Can I close the page while a video is generating?
Yes. Generation continues in the background. Return to your dashboard to check progress.
09Who can see my files, and how long are they stored?
Your generations are private to your account by default. Uploaded files and generated videos are retained for up to 30 days unless you delete them earlier.
