This Privacy Policy explains how Yu Jie (于洁), an individual operator, operating PROMPTAKE (“PROMPTAKE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, shares, retains, and protects information when you use https://minimaxh3lab.com and related services.
1. Scope
This policy applies when you visit the website, create or use an account, submit text or media for video generation, purchase credits, contact support, or otherwise interact with PROMPTAKE.
It does not replace the privacy terms of MiniMax, Creem, or another provider you interact with separately.
2. Information we collect
Depending on how you use the service, we may collect:
- Account information: email address, account identifier, authentication records, verification status, profile information you choose to provide, and security events.
- Generation inputs: prompts, uploaded start frames, selected model settings, and related metadata.
- Generation outputs: generated videos, preview files, watermark derivatives, task status, model information, and technical generation records.
- Credit and order information: promotional and paid-credit balances, immutable credit-ledger entries, Creem order and customer identifiers, pack, amount, currency, payment status, refund or dispute status, and receipt link when available.
- Support information: messages, generation IDs, order IDs, account email, and attachments or details you choose to provide.
- Technical information: IP address, device and browser information, timestamps, request logs, security signals, cookie or session identifiers, and diagnostic events.
PROMPTAKE does not need or store full payment-card details. Payment credentials are entered and processed through Creem and its payment partners.
Do not submit unnecessary personal data, sensitive information, confidential material, or content you do not have the right to use.
3. How we use information
We use information to:
- Create and secure accounts, verify email, and maintain sessions.
- Validate, moderate, submit, process, store, play, and download video generations.
- Calculate, reserve, charge, return, expire, and audit credits.
- Create Creem checkout sessions, confirm payments, issue eligible refunds, and handle disputes or chargebacks.
- Detect abuse, enforce limits, protect users and providers, and comply with the Content Policy.
- Provide customer support and respond to privacy, legal, and content reports.
- Monitor reliability, storage deletion, security, cost, and service performance.
- Comply with applicable law and enforce our agreements.
We do not use private customer prompts, uploads, or outputs for public examples, marketing, or model training without separate, explicit permission.
4. Service providers and disclosures
PROMPTAKE uses service providers to operate the service. They may process information only for the relevant service and under their own terms and privacy obligations.
- MiniMax: receives the prompt, selected settings, and any submitted input media needed to provide MiniMax H3 generation. MiniMax may process generated outputs and task metadata under the applicable MiniMax API terms and MiniMax API Privacy Policy.
- Creem: provides Merchant of Record checkout and payment services under its Privacy Notice. Creem also requires prompt screening for AI image and video merchants; user prompts are submitted to Creem's moderation API before generation.
- OpenAI: checks uploaded start images for potentially prohibited content before they enter private storage. Its moderation result is used to accept or reject the upload.
- Cloudflare: hosts the application and database through Workers and D1, stores private media through R2, and routes support email. It processes the application data and technical information needed for these services under its Privacy Policy.
- Google: provides Google account sign-in, the Google Cloud Run service used to add visible watermarks to promotional videos, and the Gmail destination for support email. Sign-in supplies the account information you authorize; watermarking processes the video and technical task information; support email includes your message and attachments. See Google Privacy Policy.
- Email: support messages sent to our published address are forwarded to the operator's Gmail inbox through Cloudflare Email Routing. Creem sends payment receipts under its own terms.
- Security and analytics providers: process limited technical events when enabled. Prompts, private media, signed URLs, passwords, authentication tokens, API keys, and payment credentials must not be sent to analytics.
We may also disclose information when required by law; to investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents, or rights violations; to protect users or the public; or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
We do not sell personal information for money or share private generation inputs or outputs for advertising.
5. Legal bases
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process information as necessary to provide the service and perform our contract with you; for legitimate interests such as security, fraud prevention, support, and service reliability; to comply with legal obligations; and with consent where consent is required.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
PROMPTAKE may use essential cookies or similar storage for authentication, security, language, and saved settings. Optional analytics or marketing technology will be enabled only when documented here and handled with any consent required in the served region.
Blocking essential cookies may prevent sign-in or other account features from working.
7. Storage and retention
- Uploaded start images and generated videos are private by default. Access to generated videos ends after at most 30 days; stored files are removed by the next daily cleanup after their retention period. Deleting a generation removes its output earlier; a start image uploaded separately may remain until its scheduled expiry.
- Playback and download use short-lived links after account authorization.
- After media expires, PROMPTAKE stops issuing access links and deletes stored start images and generated outputs through scheduled cleanup.
- Prompts, settings, status history, credit records, order records, support records, security events, and audit logs may be retained longer when needed for account history, payment reconciliation, fraud prevention, disputes, tax, legal, or operational obligations.
- Backup copies follow documented retention and deletion schedules and are not used to restore content that the interface states is permanently unavailable.
8. Security
We use measures intended to protect information, including server-side secret storage, access controls, private object storage, signed media links, encryption in transit, rate limits, webhook verification, audit records, and monitoring. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Never send a password, payment-card details, or an API key to support.
9. International processing
The operator is located in Qingdao, Shandong, China. The application uses Cloudflare's distributed infrastructure; the watermark service runs in Google Cloud's us-central1 region in the United States. Google sign-in and support email, MiniMax generation, Creem payment and prompt moderation, and OpenAI image moderation may involve processing outside your country according to each provider's terms and privacy information linked above.
Only information needed for the requested service is transmitted to those providers using encrypted connections and access controls. Such technical controls do not themselves establish legal permission for a cross-border transfer. Where applicable law requires consent or another transfer mechanism, processing is subject to that requirement. Contact support about your location, provider processing, or privacy rights before submitting sensitive information.
10. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of personal information, or to withdraw consent. You may also delete individual generations or request account deletion through the available account or support process.
To request account deletion, contact support. We will verify the request, remove access and eligible content, and tell you when deletion is complete. Records required for payment, tax, fraud prevention, disputes, security, or legal obligations may be retained.

11. Children
PROMPTAKE is intended for adults aged 18 and over. Children must not create an account or submit personal information. Contact support if you believe a child has provided personal information; we will investigate and remove information where required.
12. Changes
We may update this policy to reflect service, provider, legal, or operational changes. The page will show the effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the service or by email when appropriate.
