These Terms of Service govern your use of PROMPTAKE, an independent AI video service operated by Yu Jie (于洁), an individual operator, at https://minimaxh3lab.com.
By creating an account, submitting a generation, or purchasing credits, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Content Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. The service
PROMPTAKE provides a browser interface for creating short videos with the MiniMax H3 API. Launch features may include Text to Video, Image to Video, selectable duration and resolution, private generation history, playback, download, promotional credits, and one-time paid credit packs.
MiniMax provides the underlying model and generation API. Creem provides Merchant of Record checkout and related payment processing. PROMPTAKE remains responsible for operating its interface, account system, credit ledger, private storage, and customer support.
Features, model behavior, provider availability, limits, and prices may change. A change does not apply retroactively to a generation already accepted at a displayed and recorded credit cost.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to lawfully enter into these Terms. Your use must be permitted where you live and by the applicable providers. You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly report unauthorized access.
You may not create duplicate or misleading accounts to obtain additional promotional credits, evade restrictions, or conceal abuse. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by our failure to use reasonable security.
3. User inputs and responsibilities
You retain any rights you have in prompts, uploaded media, and other material you submit. You grant PROMPTAKE a limited, worldwide license to host, copy, transmit, process, modify for technical delivery, moderate, store, and display that material only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, support, and comply with law for the service.
You represent that you have the rights, permissions, and lawful basis needed for all submitted content, including copyrights, trademarks, faces, voices, likenesses, personal data, music, confidential material, and content involving another person.
Do not submit content that violates the Content Policy, MiniMax requirements, Creem requirements, provider policies, or applicable law.
4. Generated outputs
Subject to applicable law and provider terms, you may use trial and paid outputs commercially. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and determining whether your use is accurate, lawful, non-infringing, and appropriate.
AI outputs may contain errors, artifacts, unexpected similarities, unsafe material, or elements that do not follow the prompt. PROMPTAKE does not guarantee uniqueness, factual accuracy, suitability, non-infringement, or a particular creative result.
Promotional-only outputs include a visible PROMPTAKE watermark. A generation that consumes any paid credits has no visible PROMPTAKE watermark. You may not bypass access controls or obtain an unwatermarked promotional-only source file.
PROMPTAKE does not use private inputs or outputs for public examples, marketing, or model training without separate, explicit permission.
5. Credits
Credits are internal, non-transferable service units. They are not money, stored value, or redeemable for cash.
- Eligible new users may receive exactly 120 promotional credits once after email verification.
- The eligible trial is one successful 5-second 768P promotional-only generation costing 100 credits.
- Promotional credits expire 14 days after grant.
- Paid credits do not expire while the account remains active.
- Promotional credits with the earliest expiry are used before paid credits.
- The exact generation cost is shown before submission and calculated again by the server.
- Credits are deducted when a generation is accepted and returned if generation or delivery fails.
PROMPTAKE may deny promotional eligibility to control abuse. Registration and legitimate paid use remain available unless the account is suspended.
6. Generation status, failures, and cancellations
Generation is asynchronous and may continue after you close the page. Provider success is not final until PROMPTAKE saves and verifies the customer artifact.
A confirmed provider failure, missing output, provider rejection after reservation, storage failure that prevents delivery, or confirmed queued cancellation returns the full reservation exactly once. This automatic credit return is not a payment refund.
Cancellation is available only while a task remains in the PROMPTAKE local queue or the provider confirms it is still queued. Once processing starts, the generation cannot be cancelled. Deleting a completed generation does not return used credits.
A completed output remains charged even when you dislike the creative result, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
7. Purchases and payment
Launch purchases are one-time credit packs processed through Creem. No subscription or automatic renewal is included unless PROMPTAKE later presents and you separately accept one.
The price, currency, taxes, and payment methods shown at Creem checkout control the payment transaction. Credits are granted only after PROMPTAKE verifies payment with Creem on the server, through a verified webhook or provider status check. A browser return or screenshot is not proof of payment.
You authorize Creem and its payment partners to process payment and related information under their terms. Keep order and receipt information for support.
8. Refunds, disputes, and reversals
The Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms.
You may request a full voluntary refund within 14 days only when that purchase lot still has its full original credit amount available, has no completed usage, and has no active or unresolved reservation. A reservation returned in full after a confirmed failure or eligible queued cancellation does not by itself remove eligibility. Once any credit from an order completes usage, that order is not eligible for a voluntary refund. Voluntary partial refunds are not offered.
Duplicate charges, confirmed payment errors, mandatory consumer law, and Creem-required outcomes are handled separately. If a dispute, chargeback, or mandatory reversal occurs after credits were used, your balance may become negative and new generations may be blocked until resolved.
9. Prohibited conduct
You must not:
- Submit or generate illegal, abusive, exploitative, infringing, deceptive, or prohibited content.
- Create child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, harmful deepfakes, fraud, or dangerous impersonation.
- Create pornographic, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, fetish, or other NSFW content or services.
- Use another person's face, voice, likeness, personal data, or protected material without required permission.
- Evade moderation, rate limits, promotional limits, watermarking, payment controls, or account restrictions.
- Probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service or providers.
- Resell accounts or credits, transfer credits, or use fraudulent payment methods.
- Introduce malware or use the service to facilitate serious wrongdoing.

10. Moderation and enforcement
PROMPTAKE may use automated and provider moderation for prompts, uploaded media, and generated outputs. Creem prompt moderation is required before generation. A flagged, denied, timed-out, or unavailable moderation result may block submission without reserving credits.
We may warn, restrict, suspend, or terminate an account; remove content; deny promotional access; preserve evidence; or report activity when reasonably necessary for safety, provider compliance, legal obligations, or enforcement. Severe violations may result in immediate suspension.
You may appeal an enforcement decision through support@minimaxh3lab.com.
11. Storage and deletion
Uploads and generated videos are private by default. Video access ends after at most 30 days, and stored files are removed by the next daily cleanup after their retention period. Deleting a generation removes its output earlier; a separately uploaded start image may remain until its scheduled expiry. You are responsible for downloading anything you want to keep. After expiry or deletion, files may no longer be recoverable.
Deleting an account causes loss of access to unused credits and private media, subject to records retained for payment, tax, fraud prevention, disputes, security, and legal obligations.
12. Intellectual property
PROMPTAKE's website, brand, interface, original copy, code, and service materials are owned by or licensed to Yu Jie (于洁), an individual operator and protected by applicable law. MiniMax names and related marks belong to their respective owners.
These Terms do not grant permission to use the PROMPTAKE or MiniMax brand, Logo, or marks except as necessary to identify the service or output truthfully.
13. Third-party services
MiniMax, Creem, hosting, storage, email, and other services are independent third parties. MiniMax generation is subject to the applicable MiniMax Open Platform Terms and privacy policy. Purchases processed by Creem are also subject to the Creem Buyer Terms and Creem Privacy Notice. Their services may be unavailable, changed, suspended, or governed by additional terms. You must comply with provider restrictions that apply to your use or outputs.
PROMPTAKE is not responsible for a third party's separate website, account, or service, but remains responsible for its own obligations under these Terms and applicable law.
14. Service availability and changes
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a completion time, a queue position, or that every generation will succeed. We may change, pause, limit, or discontinue a feature to address cost, provider changes, security, abuse, law, or reliability.
We may update public prices and credit costs prospectively. The accepted generation record preserves the price and credit cost applied at acceptance.
15. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” PROMPTAKE disclaims warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free output.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.
16. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Yu Jie (于洁), an individual operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, business, opportunity, or reputation arising from the service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable mandatory consumer remedies. No monetary liability cap is imposed by these Terms.
17. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify Yu Jie (于洁), an individual operator against third-party claims arising from your inputs, outputs, unlawful use, rights violations, or breach of these Terms. This section does not apply where prohibited by mandatory law.
18. Termination
You may stop using the service or request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, risk, fraud, abuse, non-payment, provider requirements, or legal obligations.
Termination does not erase provisions that by their nature should survive, including payment, audit, intellectual-property, dispute, liability, and enforcement terms.
19. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Mandatory protections available under the law of your usual place of residence remain applicable where required. Please first contact support to seek an informal resolution. Unresolved disputes may be brought before a court with jurisdiction under applicable law; this does not restrict any mandatory right to use another competent court or consumer dispute process.
20. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms prospectively. The page will show the effective date. Material changes may be communicated through the service or by email when appropriate. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
